TFT-Today's Skill Hub is the training and empowerment arm of the Today for Tomorrow Initiative (TFT), founded in 2016 by Adek Bassey Ozaveshe. Headquartered in Abuja with a second office in Yola, TFT-TSH is building Africa's leading skill and human capital development hub — producing skill-driven entrepreneurs and skill-driven professionals across NGO management, remote work, communications, monitoring and evaluation (MEAL), digital tools, and leadership. Our two learning tracks — SkillForge BuildTrack (in-person, project-based) and SkillStream (online, discounted) — combine practitioner facilitators, live coaching, and an accountability community. To date, TFT-TSH has trained over 40 professionals across two cohorts and delivered consulting services to organizations including Plural, Sebore Farms, Kajer Youth Empowerment Initiative, BrenCore Foundation, and Admiral'A Yoghurt. Adek Bassey Ozaveshe is the Founder of the Today for Tomorrow Initiative and Lead Director of TFT-Today's Skill Hub. Since 2016, he has worked with young professionals, founders, and organizations across Nigeria to convert ideas and potential into structured, market-ready competence. He built TFT-TSH to be a real system of coaching, real practitioners, and accountable community — not another certificate-issuing training centre.
